Exchange and Return Policy

– The return period is within 7 days from the date of receipt from the shipping company and the exchange period is 7 days from the date of receipt from the shipping company.
– Credit card refunds take 7 to 14 business days depending on the user’s bank.

**Products cannot be returned or exchanged permanently in the following cases**
– The product that was used.
– The product that was installed.
– Products with malfunctions or defects caused by misuse (e.g: Breakage, scratching, and scratching. and wrong use. and others).

– The User is responsible for the delivery charge, which is the cost of delivery when requesting a return or exchange of Products delivered through the Home Delivery Service via the courier company. Unless the product has a manufacturing defect based on the technical report from the manufacturer.

– The original box/carton must be returned. instruction manual and all included accessories. In addition to any gift card, other gifts or offers included with the Products.
– The original invoice must be presented at the time of return or exchange.
The product that the User wishes to exchange or return must be in the same condition as when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging.
– The promotion associated with the returned product can be returned in its original condition or the value of the promotion will be deducted.
– Purchases paid with vouchers, credit cards, or installment payments cannot be refunded in cash.
– Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company (This is a representation by the “User” that the shipment is intact and in good condition and has not been opened prior to receipt.
We will replace a device with a manufacturing defect within 7 days from the date of purchase provided:
– The device must be free of any scratches or misuse.
– Bring the original box with all the accessories and user manuals inside.
– A report from an authorized service dealer may be required prior to replacement.
