Yes, all of our products come with a warranty.


What is the duration of the product warranty?

The product warranty is two years, starting from the date of the purchase invoice.


What are the warranty conditions?

The invoice and the product must be available.


What does the warranty cover?

Malfunctions due to manufacturing defects in the product.


What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Malfunctions due to excessive use of the product.
  • Malfunctions caused by customer negligence, whether by improper use, failure to clean the product after use, or improper storage that does not follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Malfunctions due to failure to adhere to the instructions in the user manual or the instructions published by the manufacturer on the internet.
  • Malfunctions caused by using accessories from other companies that are incompatible or of poor quality.
  • Malfunctions due to drops, violent shaking, exposure to dust, dirt, or rust due to excessive moisture exposure.
  • Shipping costs for the products are fully borne by the customer, as the fees are charged by the shipping companies, and are not the responsibility of Am Care.

How to benefit from the warranty:

Please contact Customer Service and a service request will be raised for the device through the customer service representative. After that, the maintenance team will contact you to get the details of the malfunction and proceed with the maintenance process and sending the product back.


Am Care does not provide maintenance services for products outside the warranty period.
